摘　　要：目的探讨三七的药理作用和真伪鉴别。方法对三七的药理作用进行总结,并且对三七进行性状、显微鉴别。结果三七具有止血、抗血栓、抗炎、补血等作用。对真假三七进行性状和显微鉴别可以对其分辨。结论三七作用广泛,真伪鉴别非常重要。Objective To study the pharmacological effects of panax notoginseng and identification. Methods The pharmacological effects of panax notoginseng were summarized and it was distinguished through characters and microscopy.Results The pharmacological effects of panax notoginseng were blood-stanched,anti -thrombotis,anti-inflammatory and blood-enriched.True or false panax notoginseng can be distinguished through characters and microscopy.Conclusion The pharmacological effects of panax notoginseng were widely. It was importment to distinguish.
