摘 要:目的:探讨品管圈活动对护士来回于护理站与病房的途中耗时的影响。方法:通过品管圈活动,在两个最短护理半径处设立二级护理站,配置二级护理站用具,改进病区工作流程,优化护理人员分工。结果 :责任护士每日途中耗时节约了316.3min,达标率达107.6%,进步率达66.3%;患者满意度从92.0%提高到99.6%,护士满意度从90.0%提高到95.4%。结论:建立二级护理站、优化工作流程和人员配置等方式,提高了工作效率,减少了护士无效的耗时和耗力,真正把时间还给了护士,把护士还给了患者。Objective: To explore the effect of Quality Control Circle(QCC) on reducing nurses' time-consuming walking to and fro between nursing station and ward.Methods: Based on QCC activity,we established two nursing sub-stations at the shortest redius,modified the nursing workflow,optimized nursing staff,and configured the appliances of nursing sub-station.Results: The daily time-consuming of nurses saved 316.3 minutes.The rate of reaching the standard was 107.6% and the progress rate was 66.3%.The patients' satisfaction increased from 92.0% to 99.6%.The nurses' satisfaction increased from 90.0% to 95.4%.Conclusions: The establishment of nursing sub-station,optimization of processes and configuration could improve working efficiency,reduce nurses' invalid time-consuming and labor-consuming,and give the time back to the nurses and the nurse back to patients.
