摘　　要：目的:探讨中文版自主参与问卷(IPA)在脑卒中患者中应用的信度和效度。方法:调查271位脑卒中患者,检验问卷的信度和效度。结果 :IPA-I的Cronbach’sα系数为0.937;各维度的Cronbach’sα系数和分半信度系数分别为室内自主参与:0.965和0.925;家庭角色自主参与:0.959和0.908;社会关系和社会生活:0.943和0.910;室外自主参与:0.667和0.678。结构效度探索性因子分析共提取4个公因子,共解释80.572%的方差。IPA-II的Cronbach’sα系数为0.726,分半信度系数为0.695。结论:中文版自主参与问卷信度和效度较好,可用于脑卒中患者参与水平的评价。Objective： To assess the validity and reliability of the Chinese version of the Impact on Participation and Autonomy Questionnaire（IPA） among stroke patients.Methods： A total of 271 stroke patients participated in this cross-sectional study.The data were analyzed using SPSS17.0 software package.Results： The Cronbach＇s alpha of IPA-I and IPA-II were 0.937 and0.726,respectively.TheCronbach＇salphaandsplit-halfreliabilitycoefficientwere0.965and0.925forautonomyindoors;0.959 and 0.908 for family role;0.943 and 0.910 for social life and relationship;and 0.667 and 0.678 for autonomy outdoors.Exploratory Factor Analysis（EFA） of the IPA yielded four factors,which explained 80.572% variance.Conclusion： The IPA is a valid and reliable instrument to assess participation and autonomy level of stroke patients.
