摘　　要：目的:设计适合第三方调查使用的患者对护理工作满意度调查表(以下简称"调查表")。方法:运用德尔菲法对19位临床护理管理专家进行三轮调查。结果:专家权威系数为0.89;第一轮、第二轮、第三轮的专家积极系数分别为100.0%、95.5%、90.5%;最终形成的调查表包括4个一级指标、8个二级指标、14个三级条目。结论:应用德尔菲法设计的第三方满意度调查表科学、客观,实用性强。Objective： To design a proper third-party nursing job satisfaction questionnaire. Method： We used a three-round Delphi method to investigate 19 clinical nursing management experts. Results： Expert authority coefficient （Cr） was 0.89.The response rates of three rounds expert investigation were 100.0%, 95.5%, and 90.5%. The third-party satisfaction questionnaire included 4 first level indicators,8 second level indicators and 14 third level indicators. Conclusion： Delphi method is a scientific, objective and practical way to design third-party satisfaction questionnaire.
