摘　　要：目的:调查某三级甲等医院移动护士工作站在临床护理工作中的应用情况,为优化临床护理工作模式提供理论依据。方法:对19个病房的护士长、护士、患者进行应用情况及效果的问卷调查。结果:90.1%的护士将移动护士工作站应用到护理工作中,在各项工作中80.9%～96.7%的护士认为其提高了工作效率。患者在住院期间接受其提供服务的频率为84.8%～96.6%,97.2%的患者认为借助移动护士工作站学习更有助于理解。结论:移动护士工作站优化了护理工作流程,提高了工作效率,得到了护士及患者的认可。Objective： To investigate the feedback of applying mobile nurse workstation to clinical nursing work from different groups, and to provide theoretical basis for optimizing clinical nursing mode. Methods： The head nurses, nursing staff and patients from 19 wards were investigated about the effect of mobile nurse workstation by questionnaires. Results： Mobile nurse workstation was widely applied to clinical nursing work by 90.1% nurses. 80.9%-96.7% nurses think that it could improve the efficiency in all kinds of nursing work. The frequency of receiving the service by hospitalized patient was 84.8%-96.6%. 97.2% patient feel that it is helpful for learning. Conclusion： The mobile nurse workstation could optimize the nursing process and work efficiency and gets the recognition from the nurses and the patients.
