摘　　要：患肢功能障碍是乳腺癌术后最常见的并发症。通过有计划、有针对性的电话访问,对出院的乳腺癌术后患者患肢功能锻炼的依从性进行持续24周的干预,并针对患者遇到的具体困难,进行具体指导,有效提高了乳腺癌术后患者患肢功能锻炼的依从性,最大程度地恢复了患肢功能,提高了患者的生活质量。Affected limb dysfunction is one of the most common complications after breast cancer operation. We provided planned and targeted telephone intervention which lasted 24 weeks and focused on affected limb functional exercise compliance among discharged breast cancer patients and guided them according to their own specific difficulties. After the intervention, we could effectively improve the affected limb functional exercise compliance among breast cancer patients, recover their limb function farthest, and improve the patients＇ quality of life.
