三级管理路径在预防压疮中的应用

摘　　要：预防住院患者压疮的发生,是临床护理工作的重点和难点,为了进一步提高压疮预防效果,我院自2012年1月以来,借鉴临床路径及三级质量管理思路,设计三级压疮管理路径,对压疮高危、中危、低危患者分别按路径要求,实施分层级的管理和监控,收到良好效果,使院内压疮发生例数明显降低。Pressure sore prevention among hospitalized patients was an important and difficult work in clinical care. In order to further improve the prevention effect, our hospital had learned from clinical path and tertiary quality management, designed tertiary pressure sore management path, and implemented hierarchical management and monitoring according to the patients＇ high, medium and low risk levels since January 2012. The results were satisfactory and we significantly reduced the incidence of pressure sores in our hospital.
