核级阀门堆焊钴基合金工艺的研究

摘　　要：根据核级阀门密封面的特性 ,采用排丝等离子弧堆焊低铁钴基合金焊丝试块 ,经工艺试验、工艺评定和各项性能检测 ,堆焊层达到了相关标准的要求。According to the characteristics of sealing surface of nuclear grade valve,use welding wire plasma arc to overlay a specialty testing piece of welding wire of low Fe Co base alloy.Through process test,process evaluation and many kinds of performances inspection,the level of overlay is up to the requirements of the relative standards.
