摘　　要：绿色食品产业国际竞争能力是基于区域要素比较优势的集成。结合黑龙江省绿色食品生产条件、自然资源、产业需求等情况构建黑龙江省绿色食品产业国际竞争力评价指标体系及运用模糊综合评价方法,得到模糊综合评价结果。绿色食品产业国际竞争力评价指标体系主要以产业要素、需求要素、企业运营与同业竞争要素和相关支持要素作为评价的一级指标,这些要素从不同侧面反映了绿色食品产业国际竞争力动态提升的结果,通过对要素指标的分析判断,可以追溯动态提升问题的不足之处,便于问题的分析和对策的制定,为政府制定绿色食品产业国际化发展战略提供理论依据。International competitiveness of green food industry integrates the comparative advantages of regional factors. Fuzzy compre- hensive evaluation results are obtained by setting up the international competitiveness evaluation index system of Heilongjiang green food industry while combining the situations of production conditions, natural resources and industrial demands with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The system mainly takes the industrial factors, demand factors, business operations and competition factors and related support factors as the first grade assessment index, which reflects dynamic promotion results in different aspects. Analyzing and judging the factor index could help review the inadequacies of dynamic promotion, facilitate problem analysis and formulation of responding mea- sures and provide a theoretical basis for the government to plan the international development strategy of the green food industry.
