摘　　要：辽宁省地处东北亚经济圈的中心,在东北亚区域经济合作中具有地域优势、产业优势和资源优势。辽宁省应认真研究近年来日本直接投资一直呈上升趋势,而韩国却呈现下降趋势的问题,加快推进产业由重工业向加工业的转型;加快对现有产业升级,构建新的产业布局;积极培育发展新能源、新材料等新兴替代产业;加快推动区域一体化发展的进程,促使辽宁经济飞速发展。Located in the center of Northeast Asia economic circle, Liaoning province possesses regional, industry and resource advan- tages. Liaoning should study the recent year growing trend of direct investment from Japan and the decreasing investment from Korea. It should speed up transformation from heavy industry to processing industry, accelerate the industry upgrade for a new industrial layout, proactively develop new emerging alternative industries such as new energy and material industries, and facilitate the regional integrative development progress for a speedy economic development of Liaoning province.
