白血病患儿父母家庭功能和生存质量的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨急性白血病患儿父母家庭功能与生存质量之间的关系。方法应用家庭功能评定量表(FAD)和世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)对210例急性白血病患儿父母进行调查。结果急性白血病患儿父母生存质量总分为(44.65±6.76)分,总的家庭功能得分为(2.36±0.44)分;家庭功能各维度得分与总的生存质量均呈负相关,生理领域得分与家庭功能除角色、情感反应和情感介入外的4个维度得分均呈负相关,心理领域得分与家庭功能各维度得分均呈负相关,社会关系领域得分与家庭功能各维度得分均呈负相关,环境领域得分与情感介入以外的6各维度得分呈负相关。结论急性白血病患儿父母的家庭功能在一定程度上影响其生存质量,两者得分呈负相关关系。Objective To explore the correlation between family functioning and quality of life in the parents of children with acute leukemi- a. Methods FAD and WHOQOL-BREF scale were used to survey the patients with acute leukemia. Results The average score of WHO- QOL-BREF scale in parents of children with acute leukemia was（44.65±6.76） ,and the average score of FAD scale was （2.36±0.44）. The score of various dimensions of family functioning and overall quality of life scores were negatively correlated. The scores of physical capacity were correlation to all dimensions of family function negatively except roles, emotional reactions and affective involvement. The scores of psy- chological realm and field of social relations were correlation to all dimensions of family function negatively. Conclusion The quality of life and family function in parents of children with acute leukemia was negatively correlated.
