自制标尺在下肢动脉介入治疗中的应用

摘　　要：总结了自制标尺在下肢动脉介入治疗中的应用。将自制标尺平行放置于造影的下肢上,零点平穿刺点下方3 cm,与下肢骨头重叠。透视时只见下肢动脉造影标尺上的刻度和数字,外周减影条件注射造影剂只见下肢动脉血管,去掉减影条件,下肢动脉血管及标尺的刻度和数字均可清晰显现。认为自制下肢动脉标尺在下肢动脉介入治疗中的具有指导意义,使每一段下肢动脉造影图像之间紧密衔接,准确测量出病变血管的长度及位置。Summary the application of self-made staff gauge in interventional therapy of arteriosclerosis obliterans. The staff gauge was placed in parallel to the lower limb that was intended to receive the interventional therapy, the zero point on staff gauge was 3cm under the puncture point. Then the scales and numbers on staff gauge could be seen clearly when X-ray examination being proceeded. And the lower extremity ar- tery, as well as lower extremity artery both could be seen clearly when removing digital subtraction angiography. Self-made staff gauge can be used widely in the interventional therapy of arteriosclerosis obliterans, for it can measure the length and the location of the lesion arteries.
