摘　　要：邮电通信业建设项目的社会评价问题日 益受到关注。本文就通信建设项目社会 评价的内涵、评价指标体系的设置原则、 量化指标的计算公式，提出较为系统的 见解．以期引起对这一问题深入的研讨。With the enhancing function of the basic post and telecommunication facilities in the informalizing process of the national economy.the social judgements about the development projects of the facilities have been attentioned gradually.This paper pesents the idea of social judgment the formulating principles of the evalualing index systems and the calculating formulas of the measuring indexes. in order to arouse deeper study and wiader discussion.
