摘　　要：本文针对我国地方院校出现就业难的问题,本文探讨了一种新的"三点一中心"产学研合作模式,在本模式中强调了学校、老师、企业的重要作用,把服务学生培养作为重要目标,建立以学校为管理方、以教师为创业主体、以学生为主要参与者的高校创业园及良好的校企合作模式,从而实现"零距离"就业。Aiming at the difficult problem oti employment ot our local colleges and Universities, this paper discusses the research ol a new ＂three point one core＂ cooperation model, Emphasizes the important role of the school, the teacher, the enterprise in this mode, The establishment of University Pioneer Park in school management, teachers as the main body of business, take the student as the main participant and good school- enterprise cooperation mode, In order to achieve ＂zero distance＂ employment.
