摘  要:实践教学是卓越工程师培养方案中的重要环节。通过实践教学的学习,培养机械设计制造及其自动化专业学生具有较强的工程实践能力及创新精神,成为能适应企业发展的优秀工程师。通过整合实践课程模块,改革实践教学体系,与合作企业联合开发企业学习课程,多层次训练学生的工程实践与创新能力,提高其职业素养与创新性思维。最终,为卓越工程师的实践教学改革,提供一定的理论基础、方法与手段。Practical teaching is an important component element during excellence engineer training program. Students are able to achieve engineering practice ability and innovative spirit so as to become an excellence engineer in keeping with the enterprise development in mechanical design manufacturing and automation profession. Practical teaching system was innovated by optimizing curriculum module, exploiting enterprise studying curricula in order to culture student engineering practical and innovation abilities during analytic hierarchical phase. Their professional quality and innovative thinking can also promote. Finally, the results provide some theory foundation, method and means for reforming practical teaching of excellence engineer.
