摘　　要：在提倡节能减排、可持续发展的今天,自行车交通作为一种绿色交通方式,再次引起关注。本文首先探讨了自行车交通的特性及定位,通过分析目前国内自行车交通存在的主要问题,从规划、管理、政策等方面提出规划对策体系。To promote energy conservation, sustainable development, as a green transportation, bicycle draws attention once again. This paper firstly discussed the characteristics and location of the bicycle traffic, through the analysis of the main problems of the domestic bicycle traffic, and proposed planning countermeasures system from the aspect of planning, management, policy.
