摘　　要：目的探讨孟鲁司特合博利康尼防治儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取我院在2010年2月至2013年8月收治的90例儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组患儿给予孟鲁司特合博利康尼治疗,对照组患儿单独给予博利康尼治疗。结果两组患儿在临床疗效上存在显著差异性(P<0.05);两组患儿在临床症状缓解时间、不良反应发生率以及复发率上存在显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特合博利康尼防治儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘效果显著,具有安全。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Montelukast Combined with Bricanyl in prevention and treatment of children cough variant asthma. Methods In our hospital in 2010 02 to 08 2013 90 cases were cough variant asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group, observation group were given the Monrustko Boll Connie treatment, the control group were given the Boli Connie treatment alone. Results The two groups were significant differences in clinical effect （P〈0.05）; two patients were in clinical remission time, the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate had significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Montelukast combined with Bricanyl in prevention and treatment of children cough variant asthma has significant effect, safety, reliability.
