摘　　要：目的探讨在产褥期抑郁患者中综合护理干预的作用。方法随机将100例抑郁症患者分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,观察组在对照组的基础上采用综合护理干预,对照组采取常规护理,对比两组SAS、SDS的评分。结果两组患者在护理后,对照组SDS、SAS评分高于观察组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论综合护理干预可减轻抑郁症患者抑郁的程度,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the role of integrated care intervention in puerperium depressive patients. Methods A randomized 100 patients with depression is divided into the control group and the observation group, 50 cases in each group, the observation group in the control group on the basis of an integrated care intervention, take the usual care control group, two groups were compared SAS, SDS score. Results The patients in nursing after SDS, SAS score of the control group than the observation group （P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The integrated care intervention to reduce the degree of depression in patients with depression, and improve quality of life.
