摘　　要：目的讨论超声引导下经皮肾穿刺造瘘术的临床应用价值。方法对2009年1月至2012年12月在我院超声科所施行的28例经皮肾穿刺造瘘术进行回顾性分析。结果 28例手术均获得成功。结论超声引导下经皮肾穿刺术具有方便、实时、准确、置管快捷、疗效显著等优点,已成为泌尿系疾病诊断及治疗的重要手段。Objective Discussing clinical application value of ultrasound guided percutaneous nephrostomy. Methods 28 cases of percutaneous nephrostomy were retrospectively analyzed between January of 2009 and December of 2012 in our hospital, Results 28 cases were operated successfully. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrostomy has become an important means of diagnosis and treatment of urinary diseases for convenient, real-time, accurate, fast, distinct curative effect.
