摘 要:熔滴过渡控制的实现,取决于获得宽工艺适应性的熔滴过渡传感信号。通过试验,获取了熔化极气体保护焊电弧,在不同熔滴过渡形式下的光谱分布、谱线信号的时域波形和频域特征。对试验结果的分析表明,电弧光谱信号在上述诸方面均表现出对不同熔滴过渡形式的适应性,是一种有潜力的高品质熔滴过渡信号源。The realization of metal transfer controlling in MIG/MGA welding relies on the acquiring of high quality droplet signal with excellent adaptivity to transfer mode. By lots of experiments, are spectrum characteristics of MIG/MAG welding in various transfer modes, such as spectrum distributions, signal waves in the domain and distributions in frequency domain have been obtained. The analysis of experimental data shows that, although the transfer mode varied, the are spectrum signals have appeared satisfactory adaptivity in identifying droplet transfer procedure and transfer rate. The operating spectral lines appear constantly and can easily picked out. Meanwhile, the potential applications are also proposed.
