车轮动平衡机校准浅析

摘　　要：不平衡的车轮在行驶过程中不仅会加剧轮胎、轮辋的磨损,更会殃及车辆的转向系、行驶系和传动系,造成整车的不正常振动和抖动,进而引发事故。车轮的平衡与否与汽车的操控性、平稳性、舒适性息息相关。为检测车轮的不平衡量并加以修正,车轮动平衡机应运而生。国家于2006年发布了车轮动平衡机校准规范JJF1151-2006《车轮动平衡机校准规范》,并于同年8月23日起实施。笔者总结了校准过程中需要注意的环节和对规范不足或不妥之处提出自己的看法和建议。Unbalanced wheels in the process of driving will not only exacerbate the wear of tire rim, but also will damage the vehicle＇s steering system,driving system and transmission system, resulting in the abnormal vibration of vehicle and jitter, causing accident. The balance of the wheels or not isclosely related with the handling, stability and comfort of vehicles. For detection and correction amount of unbalance of the wheel, the wheel dynamicbalancing machines arises at the historic moment. Country in 2006 issued the wheel dynamic balancing machine calibration specification JJF1151-2006 ”wheel dynamic balancing machine calibration specifications＂, and carry out from August 23,in the same year.
