摘 要:激光干扰是对抗成像观瞄设备和精确制导武器,保护己方目标的重要方式。目前,对图像传感器的干扰效果研究主要集中在CCD相机和CMOS相机,对TDI-CCD相机干扰效果的研究较少。为了研究激光对TDI-CCD图像传感器的干扰效果,利用1.06μm高重频激光开展了对TDI-CCD相机的饱和干扰实验研究。实验中测量并计算了TDI-CCD相机的图像饱和及过饱和激光功率密度阈值,分析计算了饱和干扰象元数与激光入射功率之间的关系,TDI-CCD相机工作行频与干扰效果的关系。解释了副光斑、过饱和现象及圆环状光斑的形成原因。实验结果表明,1.06μm激光对TDI-CCD相机饱和干扰阈值为7.9×10-4W/cm2,过饱和干扰阈值约为4.7 W/cm2,1.06μm激光可作为对抗TDI-CCD相机的有效干扰手段。Laser jamming is important countermeasures against precision guided weapons and imaging equipment to defend its important target. At present, study on saturation effect of 1.06μm laser jamming imaging equipment mainly focus on CCD and CMOS camera,while the study on saturation effect of 1.06μm laser jamming TDI - CCD camera is less. To study the jamming effect of laser on TDI - CCD imager, jamming experiment with the wave- length of 1.06 μm and the high - repetition - rate laser were conducted. The saturation and excessive saturation la- ser power density threshold of TDI - CCD camera was measured and calculated, the relationship between the num- ber of saturation pixels and laser power density was analyzed, the relationship between the frame frequency and jamming effect was tested. The new phenomena of laser jamming TDI - CCD camera such as vice - spots, exces- sive saturation and ring spots were expatiated. The experiment result shows that the saturation laser power density threshold of TDI - CCD camera is 7.9 × 10 ^-4 W/cm2, the excessive saturation threshold is 4.7W/cm2, 1.06μm laser can be used as an effective countermeasure mode against TDI -CCD camera.
