摘  要:漫反射率是表征目标光学特性的重要参数之一,测量方法包括绝对测量法和相对测量法。根据漫反射率测量原理,使用激光微能量计测量入射光和漫反射光能量,以LabVIEW作为数据接收处理平台开发了漫反射率自动测量系统,实现了漫反射率的自动化测量、控制及数据处理存储功能。所设计的系统既能采用绝对测量法测量外场远距离目标反射特性,同时也能够采用相对测量法提高漫反射率测量精度。实际测试结果表明,所开发的目标漫反射率测试系统工作稳定可靠、测试精度高、人机交互性好,在测量目标漫反射特性方面具有很高的实用价值。Laser diffuse reflectivity is an important parameter of target' s optical properties, it usually can be meas- ured by absolute measurement method and relative measurement method. Based on the principle of laser diffuse re- flectivity, a test flap was built up by measuring the energy of the reflected laser and the incident laser based on LabVIEW. This software can accomplish real - time data acquisition, data processing, storage, query and other functions. The system can not only measure the reflecting features of out - field target using absolute measurement, but also improve the accuracy of diffuse reflectivity using relative measurement. Experimental results prove that this system has high measurement accuracy and control precision, good stability and reliability, high automation level, convenient operation, it has very high practical value to measure reflecting features.
