摘  要:研究了在乙醇溶液中苯唑西林钠与四氯对苯醌发生荷移反应,生成稳定的1∶1络合物,线性范围为40~400μg/mL,最大吸收波长为424.8nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为ε=4.32×102 L.mol-1.cm-1,回收率为98.74%-100.3%,相对标准偏差≤2.56%。该方法简便、快速可用于测定药物制剂中苯唑西林钠的含量,结果满意。A new spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of oxacillin sodium. It is based on a reaction of charge transfer with p-chloranil in ethanol medium. The composition of complex of oxacillin sodium with p-chloranil both was 1 : 1. The calibration curves are linear in the concentration range of 40-400 μg/mL. The complexe maximum absorption was at 424.8 nm. The apparent molar absorptivity of complex was ε=4.32× 102 L. mol^-1. cm^-1. The recovery is 98.74%-100.3% and the relative standard deviation is≤2.56 %. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of oxacillin sodium for injection and capsules form with satisfactory results.
