摘  要:在SCN-存在下,Cd2+与SCN-形成的Cd(SCN)42-可被吸附在负载孔雀石绿的微晶酚酞上。试验了影响富集率的各个参数,并对其富集机理做了初步探讨。在最佳富集条件下,Cd2+的富集率可达98%,用1.0mol/L的氨水解吸后用分光光度法测定其含量。该方法已成功用于环境水样中Cd2+的富集与测定。A novel method for cadmium separation and preconcentration using microcrystalline phenolphthalein loaded with malachite green (MG) was developed. In the presence of potassium rhodanate (KSCN) and MG, cadmium can quantitatively absorbed on the microcrystalline phenolphthalein. Different parameters influence on the enrichment ratio, as well as the the possible enrichment mechanism was also discussed. During the optimum conditions, the enrichment ratio of cadmium was 98%. After preconcentration, Cd^2+ was desorbed with 1.0 mol/L ammonia and determined by spectrophotometry. The proposed method was applied to the determination of trace cadmium in various water samples.
