摘  要:以王水分解样品,用二苯硫脲-醋酸丁酯萃取测定化探样品中微量银的火焰原子吸收分析法。研究了萃取酸度、有机相与水相体积比、二苯硫脲的浓度、辅助气流量对测定结果的影响。方法检出限为0.0032μg/g,对GBW07401的精密度为4.12%,测定范围为0.032~5.000μg/g。方法简便、快速、准确,重现性好,适合大批量样品的测定。Samples were digested with aqua regia. After diphenyhhiourea-butyl acetate extraction, FAAS was applied to the determinations of silver in the geochemical samples. This paper studied the extraction acidity, organic and aqueous phase volume ratio, the concentration of diphenylthiourea, auxiliary gas flow rate on the determination results. The detection limit is 0.0032μg/g, the precision of GBW07401 is 4.12%, and the measurement range is 0.04 to 5.00μg/g. The method is simple, rapid, accurate, reproducible, and suitable for the determination of large numbers of samples.
