摘  要:以25份红麻种质资源为材料,比较分析了250mmol·L-1的NaCl处理与空白对照的种子发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、芽长等指标的差异,并据此对不同材料的耐盐性进行隶属函数分析,以评价不同材料的耐盐性。分析结果表明,所有供试材料中,以N10-76的隶属函数值最高,达0.95,表明其耐盐性最强;其次为09-43-1和N10-66,其隶属函数值分别为0.88和0.87;R1的耐盐性最差,其隶属函数值仅为0.02。发芽相关指标与隶属函数值的相关性分析结果表明,相对发芽率和相对活力指数与隶属函数的相关系数最高,均达到0.96;其次为相对发芽指数,相关系数为0.94;最低为相对芽长,其相关系数为0.84。在所有供试材料中,隶属函数值(综合耐盐能力)达到0.8的材料有8个,占供试材料的32%;小于0.2的材料仅为3个,占整体材料的12%。25 kenaf germplasms were used to analysis the differences in seed germination rate, germination index, vigor index, shoot length and other indicators between 250 mmol·L -1 NaCl treatment and the blank control, and according to the differences the conduct membership function analysis to evaluate the salt tolerance of different materials.The analysis showed that all the tested materials, N10-76 had the highest membership values (0.95) and the most salt-tolerant. Followed by 09-43-1 and N10-66, its membership function values were 0.88 and 0.87, separately. The salt tolerance of R1 was the worst,the membership function value was only 0.02. Germination related indicators and membership function values correlation analysis showed that relative germination rate and relative vigor index, with the membership function had the highest correlation coefficient, were up to 0.96. Followed by relative germination index, the correlation coefficient was 0.94. Relative shoot length had the lowest correlation coefficient, was only 0.84. In all the tested materials,the membership function value (comprehensive salt tolerance) reached 0.8 had 8 materials, accounting for 32% of the tested materials. There were 3 materials less than 0.02, accounting for 12% of the overall material.
