摘  要:以根茎为材料,采用组织培养的方法,对辽细辛进行了芽生长培养、生长苗分化培养、不定芽分化培养和生根培养,以及生根苗的移栽和定植的研究。结果表明:以炉灰渣为培养基支持物,1/2MS+NAA0.1mg·L-1+6-BA0.8mg·L-1+蔗糖30g·L-1是根茎生长苗培养的适宜培养基;2/3MS+蔗糖30g·L-1+NAA0.3mg·L-1+ZT1.5mg·L-1是生长苗分化培养的适宜培养基;1/2MS+蔗糖15g·L-1+ABT2号1.0mg·L-1+IBA0.6mg·L-1是生根苗培养的适宜培养基;在温室中移栽于营养钵中的生根苗成活率为97.8%,移栽于苗床上的成活率为98.3%;定植成活率为99.5%。定植的生根苗保持了野生辽细辛的所有植物学性状。With the method of tissue culture, the rootstock of Asarum heterotropoides were used as materials to do the research. The study consisted the cultivation of tube seedlings, differentiation of growth buds and adventitious buds, rooting, the transplanting and planting of tube seedlings. The results demonstrated that the cinder was the ideal matrix and 1/2MS + NAA0.1 mg·L-1 +6 -BA 0.8 mg·L-1 + sucrose 30 g·L-1 was the ideal medium for tube seedlings. 2/3MS+ sucrose 30 g·L-1 +NAA0.3 mg·L-1 + ZT1.5 mg·L-1 was the ideal medium for differentiation of tube seedlings. 1/2MS +sucrose15 g·L-1 +ABT2 1.0 mg·L-1 +IBA0.6 mg·L-1 was the best medium for tube seedlings rooting. The transplanting survival rate on greenhouse and seedbed were 97.8% and 98.3%. The planting survival rate of tube seedlings was 99.5%. The tube seedlings stable planted maintained all botany characteristics of the wild Asarum heterotropoides.
