摘  要:在日光温室条件下,研究了大葱-黄瓜轮作与黄瓜-黄瓜连作两种栽培模式对黄瓜根际土壤EC值、pH值、有效养分含量、可培养微生物数量以及土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,与连作黄瓜相比,轮作黄瓜根际土壤pH值升高幅度及EC降低幅度较大,有效磷含量生育初期较高,后期较低,速效氮含量始终无显著差异,速效钾含量始终较高;轮作黄瓜根际土壤脲酶、磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶活性始终高于连作黄瓜;细菌和放线菌数较多,而真菌数较少。大葱轮作可修复改良黄瓜根际微生态环境,是防控设施黄瓜连作障碍的一种有效种植模式。The Welsh onion and cucumber crop rotation experiment were carried out in a solar greenhouse, the EC and pH value, nutrient content, culturable microorganism quantity and enzyme activity in rhizosphere and non - rhizosphere soil of continuous cropped and rotated cucumbers were studied. Comparing with continuous cropping, the increasing amplitude of soil pH and the decrease amplitude of soil EC of rhizosphere soil of rotated cucumbers were bigger, the content of available P in the rhizosphere soil was higher in the early growth stage and became lower later, the content of available N and available K were higher all the time. The activities of urease, phosphatase and catalase were higher. There were more bacteria and actinomycetes in the soil but the amount of fungi was smaller. Rotation with Welsh onion could repair the the rhizosphere micro ecological environment of cucumber and it can be used as a high efficiency farming mode in preventing cucumber continuous cropping obstacles.
