Survey on occupational health status of automobile foundry factories in Jiading District

摘　　要：目的:了解辖区内汽车铸造企业职业健康现状,为提高职业卫生管理水平及职业健康状况提供依据。方法:采用横断面现况调查方法,对辖区内8家汽车铸造企业职工进行问卷调查。结果:8家企业2008年至2010年共组织3839人参加职业健康检查,上岗前、在岗期间及离岗前体检人数分别为43.06%、51.45%、5.50%。粉尘、噪声及高温体检的人数分别为60.10%、5.72%、24.35%。2008年至2010年,职业健康检查异常为29人,其中职业禁忌症23人、疑似职业病6人。结论:嘉定区汽车铸造企业职业健康状况总体较好,但接触职业病危害因素工人的流动较大,离岗前的职业健康检查及噪声对职业健康的危害尚未得到足够重视。Objective： To find out the occupational health status of automobile foundry factories in the district, and to provide a basis for improving the occupational health management level and occupational health status. Method： By adopting the method of cross-sectional survey, the employees were investigated with questionnaires among the eight automobile foundry factories in the district. Result： From 2008 to 2010, 3839 employees were organized to take occupational health examination, and the proportions of those taking pre-employment physical examination, on-job physical examination and pre-departure physical examination were 43.06%, 51.45% and 5.50% respectively. The proportions of those taking physical examination for employees exposed to dust, noise and high temperature were 60.10%, 5.72% and 24.35% respectively. From 2008 to 2010, of all the 3839 employees having taken occupational health examination, 29 had abnormal results, including 23 with occupational contraindication and 6 with suspected occupational disease. Conclusion： The overall occupational health status of automobile foundry factories in Jiading district was relatively good, but the proportion of floating workers exposing to occupational hazardous factor was relatively high, and the pre-departure physical examination and the risk of the worker＇s exposure to the noise deserved more attention.
