摘　　要：目的：了解嘉定区农村妇女乳腺保健知识水平及影响因素。方法：采用横断面描述性研究,对501名20~75岁的农村女性进行问卷调查,总分为20分。结果：女性居民乳腺保健知识得分平均为（9.8±4.2）分。多因素分析显示文化程度越高、受过乳腺保健宣教的对象,其乳腺保健知识认知越高。结论：农村女性乳腺保健知识的水平不高,应加强乳腺保健的健康宣教。Objective： To understand the level of the breast care knowledge and its influencing factors of the rural women in Jiading district. Method： Five hundred-one rural women of 20 to 75 years old were investigated with questionnaires and studied with a cross-sectional survey, and the total score was 20. Result： The average cognitive score of breast care was 9.8 ± 4.2. Logistic analysis showed that the higher literacy rate and the more breast care education or publicity that the women had, the greater breast care knowledge that the women had. Conclusion： The knowledge level about breast care is not high in the rural women. Health educational interventions should be strengthened.
