县际竞争、县际竞合与区域经济协调发展

摘　　要：县域经济差异是区域经济发展过程中广泛存在的现象,其发展变化对区域经济发展产生着重要影响。通过县际竞争中区域经济增长的研究视角,以县际竞争为出发点,通过博弈模型来探讨县际竞争演进趋势,并结合宁波水权交易案例分析,研究结果表明作为中国经济增长源泉的县际竞争最终应该实现县际竞合,认为可以通过建立县域间有效的"利益分享机制"和"利益补偿机制",实现县际经济增长进而促进区域经济协调发展。Economic differences among counties are a widespread phenomenon in the process of regional economic development. Its evolution has an enormous impact on the regional economic development. With the perspective of regional economic growth through inter-county competition, the thesis aims at investigating the evolution trend of inter-county competition by the Gambling Model combined with analysis of the Ningbo water rights trading cases. The study shows that the inter-county competition, as a source of China＇ s economic growth, should eventually turn into inter-county competition and cooperation. The thesis concludes that it＇ s feasible to establish the effective benefit- sharing mechanism and interest compensation mechanism among different counties, which can achieve inter-county economic growth and coordinated regional economic development.
