摘　　要：在对文化产业科技创新能力影响因素分析的基础上,根据评价指标体系的设计原则,构建了文化产业科技创新能力评价指标体系,运用粗糙集方法,选取沪深上市的32家文化传媒类上市公司数据,对科技创新能力综合评价。最后,根据实证结果,提出了加强人才培养,优化资源配置,加强学习型组织建设和科技中介机构建设的对策建议。Based on the analysis of influence factors of cultural industry science and technology innovation ability, according to the design principle of evaluation index system, this article builds the evaluation index system of cul- tural industry scientific and technological innovation ability, which uses the rough set method and selects the data of 32 cultural media companies listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen, evaluating ability of scientific and technological in- novation. Finally, according to the empirical results, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions that can strengthen personnel training, optimize the allocation of resources and strengthen the construction of both learn- ing organization and science and technology intermediary.
