采用沸石颜料的喷墨打印纸用胶黏剂的研究

摘　　要：使用沸石作为单一的喷墨打印纸颜料,采用单因素控制变量法初步探讨了3种胶黏剂PVA-1788、PVA-1799和羧基丁苯胶乳对采用沸石颜料的喷墨打印纸性能的影响。采用物理性能(如白度、不透明度、光泽度、PPS粗糙度、动态接触角)和打印性能(如黄、品、青、黑四色实地密度、CIE L*、a*、b*值和色差ΔE*Lab值等)对喷墨打印纸性能进行表征。实验结果表明,对采用沸石颜料的喷墨打印纸,PVA-1788是所选3种胶黏剂中的最佳胶黏剂,且其最佳用量20份(相对于100份绝干沸石颜料)。Zeolite pigment was used as the sole pigment in the ink-jet paper,and the influences of PVA-1788,PVA-1799,carboxystyrene-butadiene latex on the properties of the ink-jet papers were discussed by using single factor control variable method.The properties of the ink-jet papers were characterized by testing the physical properties such as whiteness,opacity,gloss,roughness,dynamic contact angle and the print properties such as solid density,CIE L＊a＊b＊ values,color difference ΔE＊Lab value of CMYK.The experimental results showed that PVA-1788 is the best binder among the three binders used in ink-jet paper based on zeolite pigment,and the optimal dosage of PVA-1788 is 20 parts for 100 parts dry zeolite pigment.
