背俞穴为主埋线结合钙剂治疗肝肾不足型绝经后骨质疏松症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨背俞穴为主埋线结合钙剂治疗肝肾不足型绝经后骨质疏松症的疗效及其对相关指标的影响。方法 120例肝肾不足型绝经后骨质疏松症患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组60例,对照组采用碳酸钙D3咀嚼片口服治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用穴位埋线治疗。观察比较2组治疗前后的腰背疼痛、生活质量与中医症状积分、腰椎骨密度与血清雌二醇的变化及疗效。结果治疗前2组患者的疼痛评分、骨密度、血清雌二醇、生活质量与中医证积分比较均无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。2组治疗3个月、6个月后疼痛积分、中医证候积分逐渐下降,且治疗组较对照组下降更明显(P均<0.01)。治疗组治疗后腰椎骨密度、血清雌二醇含量及生活质量评分与治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.01),但对照组只有生活质量评分明显改善(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组腰椎骨密度、血清雌二醇含量及生活质量评分均显著优于对照组。治疗组治疗6个月后的疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论背俞穴为主埋线结合钙剂可减轻肝肾不足型绝经后骨质疏松症患者疼痛程度,减少中医症状积分,提高患者的骨密度及血清雌二醇水平,改善生活质量。Objective It is to explore the therapeutical effect and the change of correlated indexes of the patients with post- menopausal osteoporosis of liver and kidney deficiency type treated with embedding thread on Back-shu points primarily and calcium. Methods 120 outpatients with postmenopausal osteoporosis of liver and kidney deficiency type were divided randomly into control group treated with Calciehew D3 tablets and treatment group treated with Calcichew D3 tablets and embedding thread at acupoints, each group had 60 cases. The scores of lumbar or back pain, traditional Chinese medicine Syndrome and quality of life, the lumbar bone mineral density （BMD） and the serum level of estradiol （ E2 ） before and after treatment. Re- sults Before treatment, the scores of lumbar or back pain, TCM Syndrome scale and quality of life scale, the serum level of E2 and the lumbar BMD of the patients in two groups had no significant difference（ all P 〉 O. 05 ）. After three and six months＂ treatment, the scores of lumbar or back pain and TCM syndrome decreased gradually in both groups, and the improvements of the treatment group were more obviously than that of control group（ P 〈 0. O1 ）. The serum level of E2 and the lumbar BMD and quality of life scale of the patients in treatment group had significant difference, compared with that before treatment and in the control group after treatment（ P 〈 O. 01 ） , but there was no difference in control group except quality of life scale. The thera- peutic effect after six months＇treatment in treatment group and was better than that in control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The therapy of embedding thread on Back-shu points primarily and calcium can relieve lumbar or back pain and decrease TCM syndrome integral, enhance the serum lever of E2 and quality of life scale and the lumbar BMD of the patients with postmeno- pausal osteoporosis of liver and kidney deficiency type.
