摘 要:为探索高免卵黄抗体对鸭坦布苏病毒病的防治效果,本研究以鸭坦布苏病毒(duck tembusu virus,DTMUV)AH-F10株制备的灭活免疫制剂免疫健康高产蛋鸡,应用琼扩方法检测卵黄抗体效价,收集高效价卵黄,采用氯仿抽提和硫酸铵盐析法纯化卵黄抗体,测得抗坦布苏病毒卵黄抗体琼扩效价达1∶32以上,动物试验结果表明其对鸭坦布苏病毒病有明显的防治效果。To explore the effect of yolk antibodies on prevention and treatment of duck tembusu virus disease, 130 day-old duck layers were immunized 4 times with AH-F 10 duck tembusu virus vaccine. The egg yolk was collected 10 days after the last immunization for preparation of yolk antibodies, and were purified by chloroform extraction and salt precipitation with ammonium sulfate. The results showed that the AGP titer of yolk antibodies against duck tembusu virus reached to 1 : 32. The antibodies were used on the duck to evaluate the clinical effect, the results demonstrated that yolk antibodies have a significant effect on prevention and treatment for duck tembusu virus disease.
