摘  要:针对水平井打捞过程中偏心及循环不畅通等问题,在明确水平井落物卡阻类型、卡阻形态、受力情况以及落物鱼头打捞方式等基础上,改进了原打捞工具,完善了配套技术。在打捞水平井落物时,应用滚珠式扶正器、降阻剂和18。斜坡钻杆,降低了斜井段管柱的摩擦阻力;采用反循环携屑方式不会产生碎屑物二次沉降,避免了卡钻事故发生;改进后的工具减小了打捞工具与落物鱼头之间的偏心距,增大了打捞工具俘获鱼头的几率。应用该项技术,成功打捞出肇55-平46井中落物。For the problems met in horizontal-well fishing process such as eccentric fishing, poor circulation and so on, the original fishing tools are improved and the matching techniques are perfected on the bases of making clear of the stuck types and shapes, summing forces, fishing forms of the fish top and so on in the horizontal wells. When fishing in the wells, ball-type centralizer, drag reduction agent and 18°slope of drill pipe are applied, thus the fric- tion of pipe string in the inclined section is reduced; the adopted mode of reverse circulation with cuttings can not results in the cation of the secondary settlement of the debris, so the stuck accident can be avoided; the improved tools shorten the eccentric distance between the fishing tool and TOF, thus the fished probability of the TOF by the drill can be enhanced. By means of the technique application, the fish in Well Zhao 55-Horizontal Well 46 has been successfully captured.
