摘  要:研制了一种耐低温耐腐蚀树脂基复合材料,记为S2/EpD。S2/EpD复合材料采用自制环氧配方,以高强玻璃纤维(S2)为增强材料,通过湿法纤维缠绕成型制作复合材料单向板。S2/EpD单向板在-40℃的两种氟碳化合物(Fa、Fb)里分别浸泡1 000 h后,其单向板复合材料层间剪切强度及复合材料外观无显著变化。S2/EpD复合材料单向板在Fa、Fb氟碳化合物里浸泡1 000 h后,层间剪切强度保持率分别为92.5%和92.8%。A type of resin matrix composite of cryogenic and corrosion resistance (called S2/EpD) was studied in this paper. S2/EpD, which consists of self - made epoxy and high - strength glass fibers, is made as the unidirectional plates by the wet filament winding process. After S2/EpD unidirectional plates were soaked in the two fluorocarbons ( denoted by Fa and Fb) under -40℃ for 1 000 hours, the interfacial shear strength and the appearance of the plates has no significant changes. After S2/EpD unidirectional plates were soaked for 1 000 hours, the retention rate of the interfacial shear strength is 92.5% and 92.8%, respectively.
