摘　　要：目的:探讨中国常武地区汉族人群磷酸二酯酶4D(PDE4D)基因微卫星AC008818-1多态性与不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的相关性。方法:对194例UAP患者(UAP组)和233例非冠心病者(对照组)采用基因测序技术检测PDE4D基因AC008818-1多态性。结果:中国常武地区汉族人群UAP患者和非冠心病者中存在PDE4D基因AC008818-1多态性,且在国内外首次发现重复次数为7次的-12等位基因;单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析显示,UAP组PDE4D基因AC008818-1的基因型和等位基因频率与对照组比较均无统计学差异,提示AC008818-1多态性与UAP易感性无关。结论:本研究首次证实在中国常武地区汉族人群UAP患者和非冠心病者中均存在PDE4D基因微卫星AC008818-1多态性,且该多态性与UAP易感性无关,新发现了重复次数为7次的-12等位基因。Objective：To investigate the association between phosphodiesterase 4D （PDE4D） gene microsatel- [ite AC008818-t polymorphism and unstable angiha pectoris （UAP） in Chinese Han pppulation of Changwu region. Method：The PDE4D gene AC008818-1 polymorphism was genotyped by gene sequence detection in 194 UAP patients （UAP group） and 233 subjects without coronary heart disease （CHD） （control group）. Result： In Chinese Han population of Changwu region, there were PDE4D gene AC008818-1 polymorphisms in both groups. Futhermore, a new allele with 7 repeats was first discovered worldwide; PDE4D gene AC008818-1 genotypes and allele frequencies showed no significant statistical differences between UAP group and control group based on sin- gle factor and multivariate logistic regression analysis, which suggested that microsatellite AC008818-1 polymor- phism had no association with the susceptibility of UAP. Conclusion： In Chinese Han population of Changwu region, it is first confirmed that there are PDE4D gene AC008818-1 polymorphisms both in patients with UAP and in subjects without CHD. Microsatellite AC008818-1 polymorphism shows no association with the susceptibility of UAP. A new -12 allele with 7 repeats is first discovered.
