摘 要:城市产业结构与用地结构的协调发展不仅能促进区域经济的优化发展,也有助于土地资源的高效配置。本文基于产业结构演变与土地利用结构变化的相关趋势规律,通过测算城市产业结构与用地结构的偏离度指标,分析了江苏省城市产业结构与用地结构的协调程度及其变化趋势与空间差异。结果表明,第二产业的产业结构与用地结构之间存在明显的不协调趋势,而第三产业的结构发展日趋均衡;就不同城市而言,经济欠发达地区的城市产业结构与用地结构间协调程度相对较低。论文最后提出了优化产业发展与土地配置,促进产业结构与用地结构协调发展的相关政策建议。The coordinated development of industrial structure and land use structure in urban areas will not only promote the optimized development of regional economy, but also contribute to the efficient allocation of land resources. Based on the analysis of rules of industrial structure and land use structure changes, this paper calculated the values of structure deviation indicators between industrial structure and land use structure, and analyzed their change trends and spatial differences. The results show that there is an apparent incongruity trend between industrial structure and land use structure change of the secondary industry, while the tertiary industry structure and its land use structure become increasingly balanced; for different cities, the level of structural coordination in less developed areas is relatively lower than that in developed cities. In the end, the paper also put forward some policy suggestions about optimizing industrial development and land allocation in urban areas, in order to promote the coordinated development between industrial structure and land use structure.
