摘　　要：目的:探讨应用整形外科技术治疗颜面部皮肤软组织缺损的方法及临床疗效。方法:2006年11月至2013年2月,分别采用改良菱形瓣、局部旋转推进瓣、鼻唇沟瓣、颊部粘膜瓣、颞浅筋膜瓣等治疗颜面部外伤及病损148例。结果:术后各皮瓣均存活良好,创面均Ⅰ期封闭,无血肿、感染及坏死,术后美容效果满意。结论:应用整形外科技术及方法,治疗颜面部各类皮肤创伤及病损,术后愈合快、外形满意。Objective To approach the methods of plastic surgery clinical effectiveness of defect of soft and skin tissue on face using Methods From December 2006 to February 2013, using modified rhomboid flap, local rotation-advanced skin flap, nasolabial flap, mucosal flap, fascia temporalis superficialis flap et al, to repair 148 cases of trauma or skin disease about soft and skin defect on face. Results All these flaps survived with primary healing, without hematoma, infection, and necrosis. The cosmetic results were satisfactory. Conclusion It＇s a good method to repair face skin and soft defect by usinq plastic surqery technique because of faster recovery and satisfied outline form.
