注射用A型肉毒毒素联合眼袋整形术治疗眼周皮肤松弛的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究注射用A型肉毒毒素联合眼袋整形术治疗眼周皮肤松弛的临床意义。方法:选2011年1月至2012年1月我院89例求美者随机分为联合组(注射用A型肉毒毒素联合眼袋整形术组)和对照组(单纯眼袋整形术组)两组,其中联合组45例(90只眼),对照组44例(88只眼),观察不同治疗方案对患者术后满意度、鱼尾纹及眼袋减轻程度、皮肤光泽增强程度、不良反应发生率等指标的影响。结果:治疗后联合组各项有效指标的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。在静态、动态情况下,联合组较对照组鱼尾纹及眼袋明显减轻,皮肤光泽增强,术后满意度高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组与对照组发生不良发应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:注射用A型肉毒毒素联合眼袋整形术较单纯眼袋整形术在治疗眼周皮肤松弛时使鱼尾纹及眼袋减轻程度更明显,皮肤光泽增强程度高,术后满意度高,显著改善了眼周皮肤状况,有显著的临床意义。Objective To study the clinical significance of the botulinum toxin A combined with pouch anaplasty in treatment of eye skin relaxation. Methods Choosing 89 cases who have been treated from 2011 January to 2013 January in a hospital,divided randomly into combined group （botulinum toxin A combined with pouch anaplasty group） and control group （simple pouch anaplasty group）, including the combined group of 45 patients （90 eyes）,the control group of 44 patients （88 eyes）.To observe the different treatment options in indicators such as the degree of satisfaction of patients, crow＇s feet and pouch under the eyes, the enhancement of skin luster degree, adverse reaction incidence. Results The combined group of effective indicators better than the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）.The crow＇s feet and pouch under the eyes,shiny skin enhancement, postoperative satisfaction is high,the differences of the combination group significantly reduced compared with the control group.The differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） in the static and dynamic case. The joint group and the control group should be no significant difference in adverse reaction incidence （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The botulinum toxin A combined with pouch anaplasty is better than a simple pouch anaplasty in the treatment of the eye skin relaxation.The crow＇s feet and pouch under the eyes is reduced more remarkably,degree of postoperative satisfaction enhance more highly in.These cases who were in the botulinum toxin combined with pouch anaplasty group had significant improvement in the skin around the eye status.There are significant clinical significance about the study.
