驱白巴布期片与高能紫外光联合治疗白癜风疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察驱白巴布期片与高能紫外光联合治疗白癜风的疗效。方法:将符合入选标准的108例门诊患者随机分为3组:治疗组:口服驱白巴布期片,3片/次,3次/日,配合高能紫外光照射,每周1次;对照1组:用高能紫外光照射,每周1次;对照2组:予驱白巴布期片内服,3片/次,3次/日。疗程均为3个月。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照1组和对照2组,疗效比较χ2值分别为5.509和5.940,P<0.05。结论:驱白巴布期片与高能紫外光联合治疗白癜风疗效好。Objective To observe the curative effect of Qubai Babuqi Tablets combining the 304nm UVB in treating Vitiligo. Methods 108 study patients qualified with the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned into three groups：one treatment group and two different control groups.The treatment group was treated with Qubai Babuqi Tablets combined with 304nm UVB irradiation. The control group NO.1 was treated with 304nm UVB irradiation once a week. The control group NO.2 was given Qubai Babuqi Tablets three pills thrice daily, The course of treatment was three months. Results Efficacy of the treatment group is significantly better than that of control group No.1 and No. 2 with the X2 values are 5.509 and 5.940 （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of Qubai Babuqi Tablets combined with 304nm UVB irradiation in treating Vitiligo is good.
