摘  要:目的:观察可注射性壳聚糖/β-甘油磷酸钠(chitosan/β-glycerol phosphate disodium salt,C/GP)凝胶负载富含血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma,PRP)和骨髓基质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,BMSCs)修复牙周组织缺损的效果。方法:选取3只健康雄性杂种犬,制备前磨牙及第一磨牙区共30颗牙的Ⅱ度根分叉区缺损模型。随机分为A组(空白对照组)、B组(C/GP)、C组(C/GP+PRP组)、D组(C/GP+BMSCs)和E组(C/GP+PRP+BMSCs组)。术中先严密缝合各组牙周缺损处组织瓣,将凝胶注射入B至E组相应牙周缺损模型处,A组不作处理。术后8周取材行X射线及组织学观察。结果:C、D、E组与A、B组相比均出现明显的牙周组织再生(P<0.05),E组与C、D组相比牙周组织再生最显著(P<0.05)。A组和B组仅有少量的牙周组织再生,二者相比没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:C/GP凝胶同时负载PRP和BMSCs可有效促进牙周组织再生。Objective:To observe the effect of the injectable chitosan/β-glycerol phosphate disodium salt(C/GP) hydrogel loading platelet-rich plasma(PRP) and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) in repairing periodontal defects.Methods: ClassⅡfurcation defect models were induced surgically in 30 teeth of the second and third premolars and mandibular first molars in 3 healthy male dogs and the teeth were divided into 5 groups at random.In group A,the defects were not treated.In group B,C,D and E the defects were filled with C/GP hydrogel,C/GP/PRP,C/GP/BMSCs and C/GP/PRP/BMSCs respectively.The dogs were sacrificed at 8weeks after surgery and the samples were prepared for X-ray and histologic examination.Results: More periodontal tissue regeneration was observed in group C,D and E than in group A and B(P〈0.05),significantly greater periodontal regeneration was found in group E than in group C and D(P〈0.05).No significant difference was found between group A and B(P〈0.05).Conclusion: The C/GP hydrogel loading with PRP and BMSCs can effectively promote the periodontal tissue regeneration.
