石辛含片治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：纳入58例反复发作的复发性口腔溃疡患者给予石辛含片,1次1片含化,每日3次,同一患者再次复发时用西地碘片作对照。石辛含片治疗复发性口腔溃疡疼痛缓解最早起效时间3 min,平均起效时间为5 min,溃疡疼痛缓解维持时间最短达80 min,平均疼痛缓解时间为95 min;石辛含片用药后5 d溃疡疼痛消失占总数的100%,5 d溃疡愈合55例占总数的95%;其疗效均明显高于对照组。58 Patients with minor recurrent oral ulcer（ROU） were treated by buccal tablets（BT） at the dose of one tablet each time,three times a day.The same patients were treated with Dobell when suffered from ROU again as the controls.In the BT group the shortest pain remission start time was 3 min and the average was 5 min;the pain remission maitenace time for each case lasted at least 80 min,with an average of 95 min;ulcer pain disappeared in 100% of the patients and complete healing was found in 95% of the ulcers.The curative effect was better than that of the controls.
