Interrelation between Advanced Glycation End Products and Adiponectin and Hearing Loss in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

摘  要:目的研究2型糖尿病听力损害患者与晚期糖基化终末产物(advanced glycation end products,AGEs)及脂联素(adiponectin,APN)的浓度之间的相互作用关系。方法用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清AGEs和APN的含量。实验组为糖尿病患者104例,其中糖尿病伴有听力损害者49例(A组),糖尿病不伴有听力损害患者55例(B组);对照组为47例健康者(C组)。结果 3组受检者体重指数(BMI)、总胆固醇(TC)水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三脂(TG)、AGEs、APN水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与C组相比,A组及B组FPG、HbA1c、2hPG、LDL-C、TG、AGEs水平均明显升高,HDL-C、APN均明显降低(P<0.05);与B组相比,A组AGEs水平升高,APN水平降低(P<0.05);在糖尿病听力损害患者中,AGEs与FPG、2hPG、LDL-C、HbA1c、糖尿病病程、听力平均值均呈正相关(P<0.05)。APN与BMI、FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、糖尿病病程、听力平均值均呈负相关,与HDL-C呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清AGEs、APN与2型糖尿病听力损害的发生及发展具有相关性。临床上AGEs、APN可作为早期评估糖尿病听力损害及预测其预后的参考指标。Objective To study the interrelation between advanced glycation end products (AGEs) and adiponectin (APN) and heating loss in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitns (T2DM). Methods The levels of AGEs and APN were deter- mined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 49 patients with T2DM and hearing loss (Group A), 55 patients with T2DM and no hearing loss (Group B) and 47 healthy subjects (Group C). Results Body mass index (BMI) and total cho- lesterol (TC) were not significantly different among the three groups (P〉0. 05), while fasting glucose (FPG), HbAlc, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), triglycetides (TG), AGEs and APN levels were significantly different (P〈0. 05). Compared with Group C, FPG, HbAlc, 2hPG, LDL- C, TG and AGEs significantly increased but HDL- C and APN significantly decreased in Groups A and B (P〈0. 05). AGEs increased and APN decreased in Group A compared with Group B (P〈0. 05). In Group A, AGEs were positively correlated with FPG, 2hPG, LDL- C, HbAle, duration of diabetes and average hearing (P〈0. 05) . APN was negative correlated with BMI, FPG, 2hPG, HbAlc , duration of diabetes and average hearing but positively correlated with HDL-C (P〈0. 05) . Conclusion AGEs and APN are related with the occurrence and development of hearing loss in T2DM. AGEs and APN may be used as indicators for the early diagnosis and prognosis of the condition.
