摘　　要：针对TS-883型原油脱钙剂存在腐蚀性的问题,研制开发了两种配套缓蚀剂,采用静态密闭浸泡实验法,评价了加入缓蚀剂的原油脱钙剂水溶液对20#碳钢的腐蚀性,并与国外同类型脱钙剂产品进行了对比。结果表明,在相同实验条件下TS-883型原油脱钙剂水溶液对20#碳钢的腐蚀速率为0.8139 mm/a,而加入两种缓蚀剂后腐蚀速率分别降为0.1628和0.1678 mm/a,缓蚀效果达到甚至优于国外同类型产品的水平。Two kinds of corrosion inhibitors were developed in order to solve the corrosion problem for 20# carbon steel induced by TS-883 decalcifying agent.The corrosion behavior of 20# carbon steel by TS-883 decalcifying agent solution with corrosion inhibitors,in comparison with imported similar decalcifying agents,was investigated using static immersion corrosion tests.The results indicate that the corrosion rate of 20# carbon steel inTS-883 solution was 0.8139 mm/a,however by the same experimental conditions,the corrosion rate of 20# carbon steel in TS-883 solution with the two corrosion inhibitors were 0.1628 mm/a and 0.1678 mm/a respectively,which was more or less the same as those with the imported agents.
