摘　　要：人表皮生长因子受体2(HER-2)表达状态与乳腺癌预后有密切关系,同时又受雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)的影响。本文就上述免疫组化标记与乳腺癌X线表现相关性的研究进展作一综述。The expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 （HER-2） is closely correlated with the prognosis of breast cancer, which is influenced by estrogen receptor （ER） and progesterone receptor （PR）. The progress on the correlation between immunohistochemical indicators and mammographic findings of breast cancer is reviewed in this article.
