二丁二仙汤对慢性尿路感染老年雌性大鼠肾小管损伤的作用

摘　　要：目的:观察二丁二仙汤干预慢性尿路感染模型大鼠肾小管损伤疗效。方法:采用反复经尿道向膀胱内灌注大肠埃希菌的造模方式,将18月龄SD雌性大鼠36只随机分为正常组、模型组、中药(二丁二仙汤)组、西药(氟哌酸)组。通过检测大鼠尿α1-微球蛋白、尿转铁蛋白、尿胱抑素C、尿白细胞介素6,比较二丁二仙汤、抗生素对改善慢性尿路感染模型大鼠肾小管损伤的作用。结果:反复经尿道向膀胱内灌注大肠埃希菌,可使大鼠膀胱组织出现炎症改变,并导致肾小管的损伤而致尿中肾小管性蛋白的排泄增加。这一方法可制成稳定的慢性膀胱炎致慢性肾小管损伤模型。和模型组相比,二丁二仙汤、氟哌酸均能降低实验大鼠尿中胱抑素C和白细胞介素6的排泄,减轻慢性尿路感染导致的肾小管损伤程度。结论:二丁二仙汤可改善慢性尿路感染肾小管损伤。Objective：To observe the effect of Erding Erxian decoction intervening renal tubular injury due to chronic urinary tract infection.Methods：Animal Experiment Part：We mold our prototypes by repeatedly pouring Escherichia coli into bladder through urethra,and divide thirty-six 18-months-old SD rats into normal group,model group,Erding Erxian group and norfloxacin group.We detect urinary α1-microglobulin,urinary transferrin,urine cystatin C,and urine interleukin-6 of rats to compare the effect of Erding Erxian Decoction and antibiotic on promoting Renal tubular injury of molding chronic urinary tract infection rats.Results：Repeatedly pouring Escherichia coli into bladder through urethra can cause inflammatory changes in the rats＇ bladder and kidney tissue,and then result of renal tubular injury and Renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis,by which we mold the prototype of chronic pyelonephritis resulting from Stable chronic cystitis.Compared with model group,Erding Erxian Decoction and antibiotic can both decrease the rats＇ excertion of urine cystatin C,and urine interleukin-6,alleviate the degree of renal tubular injury caused by chronic urinary tract infection.Conclusion：Erding Erxian Decoction can promote renal tubular injury by chronic urinary tract infection.
