摘 要:目的:分析鼻窦冠状位CT对于鼻腔以及鼻窦内肿瘤检测的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析我院自2010年8月-2011年8月经CT检查并且确诊为鼻腔以及鼻窦肿瘤患者50例,患者均行CT轴位平扫、冠状位平扫,部分患者行冠状位增强扫描。以轴位平扫为对照组,轴位平扫、冠状位平扫及增强扫描为研究组,比较两组对鼻腔鼻窦肿瘤的检出率、诊断准确率。结果:研究组患者的肿瘤检出率、CT诊断与病理符合率、良恶性肿瘤的诊断准确率分别为100.00%、88.00%、92.00%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鼻窦轴位及冠状位CT扫描技术的合理运用能更好的诊断鼻窦鼻腔的肿瘤,显示不同肿瘤对鼻腔鼻窦的侵入程度,值得在临床上广泛推广。Objective: To evaluate paranasal sinus coronal view CT in the diagnosis of nasal cavity and sinuses tumor. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 50 cases of nasal cavity and sinuses tumor in our hospital from August 2010 to August 2011. All the patients under went CT axial and coronary scan to detect na- sal cavity and sinuses tumor, and the results were compared with those scanned by conventional axial CT. Results: The tumor detection rate, accurate diagnosis rate, and differential diagnosis rate be- tween benign and malignant tumors were respectively 100.00%, 88.00%, and 92.00% by axial CT scanning. Conclusion: The proper use of sinus coronal CT scan technology is valuable in the detection and diagnosis of nasal sinus' and nasal cavity's tumor.
